You will drive both inbound and outbound product marketing activities for the Sales Persona within Demandbase’s products.\n\nThis role will be responsible for leading category-level product value proposition development, product positioning & messaging, and all aspects of enabling Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimally market and sell Demandbase’s sales products to drive customer value, adoption, and business growth.\n\nThe position requires functional knowledge and experience in the B2B data and/or SaaS marketing/sales technology ecosystem, as you will contribute to developing product positioning, key messaging and go-to-market strategies that will resonate with our target audience.\n\nIf you have the requisite experience and are looking for an opportunity to make an impact with a category leader in B2B Go-to-Market, this is the role you’ve been looking for. This is a position where you can make a significant impression on the business, take on substantial projects and grow your career. \n\nThe base compensation range for this position, not including bonus, is: $100,000 - $140,000\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n\n* Assist with creating compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the sales persona.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates.\n\n* Train on existing and new product offerings, including the creation of training decks and videos.\n\n* Create impactful marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content.\n\n* Analyze competitors, competitive landscape, and wins/losses and summarize findings in a way that helps teammates easily understand our competitive differentiation.\n\n* Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.\n\n* In conjunction with the Sales Enablement team, provide sales teams with the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of our sales features and products.\n\n* Identify and leverage customer success stories to build trust and credibility in the market.\n\n* Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our products.\n\n* Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.\n\n\n\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n\n* 2-4 years of product marketing experience in a B2B software environment.\n\n* Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and principles required.\n\n* Experience with selling B2B software for the sales persona.\n\n* Experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans.\n\n* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\n\n* Proven ability to create compelling marketing collateral and content.\n\n* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions.\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\nOur benefits include options for up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums for employees, flexible PTO policy, no internal meeting Fridays, Modern Health mental wellness platform, and 11 paid holidays and 2 additional weeks where all Demandbase employees take off (the week of July 4th and the week of Thanksgiving).
