As a software engineer, you will work on our core platform powering the Stairlin experience. This includes implementing new services and improving the core booking system to support new scenarios. You will also work closely with our sales team in order to bring customers feedback into our product.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with and coaches subject matter experts to determine course objectives, outlines, and appropriate assessments
  
• Designs and develops technical Instructor-Led modules, slides, Student and Instructor Manuals, and evaluations according to industry standards
  
• Works with eLearning Manager to develop technical eLearning courses
  
• Manages the course development lifecycle at the project level
  
• Demonstrates continuous commitment to learning more about Sitecore’s products
  
• Strives to learn as much about our students and our students’ needs as possible
  
• Provides technical enablement and support to the internal Sitecore training community
  
• Passionate about contributing to an agile, fast-paced team and growing company
  
  Required Experience:
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
  
• 3+ years of experience implementing content management systems (preferably Sitecore)
  
• 2+ years developing in a .NET environment with C#, MVC and JSON based APIs
  
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end development frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery and React)
  
• Experience managing a development project end-to-end
  
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  
• Experience delivering technical training, in either a formal or informal environment
  
• Experience developing attractive, professional, brand-compliant course materials
  
• Experience developing student labs, exercises, demos and sandboxes
  
• Basic network administration knowledge
  
• Experience working with databases and data modeling
  
• Ability to identify architecturally significant requirements
  
  Preferred Experience:
  
  
• Implementation experience with ASP.NET Core
  
• Formal Instructional Design Education and Experience designing and developing ILT and WBT for Software/Hardware Developers
  
• Strong knowledge of Graphic/Web Design Principles and the ability to create custom images/icons, web and print layouts and e-learning templates
