This isn’t just a technical role, though. Working across teams, you will be a creative contributor to the entire Agile development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and monitoring. Join us.\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer:\n\n\n* Build efficient, well-tested User Interface components in React and Redux.\n\n* You will identify bottlenecks to improve performance.\n\n* Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and pull requests.\n\n* You will also write clean, well-organized, testable, and reusable JS code.\n\n\n\n\nWhat skills you will use:\n\n\n* Ideally, you have 3+ years of development experience in object-oriented programming using languages like C# and Java.\n\n* Understanding of SEO best Practices\n\n* 3+ years of development experience working in modern CSS and JavaScript frameworks.\n\n* You also have relational database experience including schema design and SQL\n\n* Ability to participate in code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in a technical major preferred.\n\n* Experience working remote/working with remote teams required\n\n* US Citizenship Required\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho are we a good fit for?\nWe love working with talented people but more than that, we seek out compassionate co-workers with a collaborative spirit.
