Our customers love working with us and enjoy using our software because we listen well and we turn knowledge into action.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Front-End engineer who has the following responsibilities and qualifications:\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n* Take lead on interesting technical challenges\n\n* Ensure feasibility of designs\n\n* Develop new user-facing features\n\n* Write efficient and reusable code\n\n* Collaborate with other team members\n\n* Participate in code reviews\n\n* Comply with company’s security guidelines\n\n* Provide troubleshooting support\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills, Qualifications and Competencies\n\n\n* Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship\n\n* 10 years prior programming experience\n\n* Proficiency with JavaScript (ES5/6) with a focus on performance\n\n* Experience with modern frontend ecosystem (npm) and tooling\n\n* Experience with modern JS frameworks (Vue, React)\n\n* Experience with module bundlers (webpack or similar)\n\n* Experience with HTML 5, CSS 3 and preprocessors (Sass or Less)\n\n* Knowledge of good coding standards (clarity, security, performance)\n\n* Knowledge of web standards and best practices\n\n* Knowledge of modular component architecture\n\n* Experience with accessibility requirements & solutions\n\n* Solid understanding of software deployment pipeline (source control, CI, investigating builds)\n\n* Attention to detail\n\n* Can provide code samples and/or portfolio of previous work\n\n* Understanding and applying rigorous testing techniques is expected\n\n* Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest or similar) is a plus\n\n* Desire and ability to adapt to changing priorities, new challenges and different technologies\n\n\n\n\nWhy GridUnity\n\nWe are a top-notch team of perpetually curious lifelong learners leveling up our customers’ options for solving complex problems.
