You thrive on a fast-paced, action-biased team and are passionate about work that is customer-focused and truly helps those in this specific life stage.\n\nToday, one in two families choose Babylist as they prepare for their baby; join us to make an impact on millions of parents’ lives in this pivotal and exciting moment.\n\n# Responsibilities\n **Who You Are**\n* You're a hands-on search marketer who can do day-to-day account management for search and PLA campaigns\n* You're a ROI-driven performance marketer who can read LTV, CAC, and volume data insights to build a sustainable and scalable growth model\n* You’re extremely data-driven; you can read and analyze large sets of data and turn them into actionable insights\n* You’re a self-starter with ownership mindset, able to pivot quickly and deliver against daring targets & goals in a fast and rapidly-evolving environment\n* You have a customer-first mindset and a desire for creative problem solving\n* You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel\n* You’re detail-oriented and extremely diligent with campaign management\n\n**What You'll Do**\n* Own search channels with a focus on Paid Search and Shopping, making improvements to scale revenue volume while hitting ROAS goals\n* Manage tightly defined CAC and volume targets, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting against KPIs\n* Identify ways to measurably improve and optimize paid search campaigns: analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and facilitate opportunities for improvement\n* Manage over $2,000,000+ annual search budget and optimize it to meet ROI goals and grow the business; closely monitor campaign performance daily and react to deviations from plan quickly and strategically\n* Develop search strategy for priority initiatives and lead implementation to drive step change improvements in performance\n* Develop and implement tests at a rapid pace to institute rigorous test and learn methodology to achieve desired results \n\n# Requirements\n**What You've Done**\n* Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in SEM marketing \n* Must have previous hands-on PLA Shopping and Google Search marketing experience at scale, managing minimum $2MM+ search budget\n* Worked for a retail or eCommerce business with over $100M annual revenue\n* Have experience with Google Merchant Center managing Shopping Feed testing\n* Experience managing Google Display and Youtube Channels\n* You're extremely familiar with ROAS and ROI models to drive meaningful business growth\n* Worked in teams that balance a data-driven methodology with user-first intuition\n* Have a proven record of high performance/achievement and driving impact\n* Partnered with Product and Engineering teams in the past to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles \n\nBe sure to mention the words **SHADOW SPIN ALL** when applying to show you read the job post completely.
