We are looking for a talented web developer that can bolster our quality assurance and help fuel our growth. This developer's primary role will be to fix software bugs and maintain the bug back log while contributing to in-depth QA testing to assure stable releases. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with web (ideally SaaS) development and be skilled in Javascript, jQuery, Web Services, CSS/HTML, SQL, C#, and GUI design. This is a full time (not contract) position. The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.\n\nBased in Dallas, TX, TeamSupport is primarily a virtual company and most employees work from their home offices. The successful candidate for this position will be able to work in this type of environment and thrive in the fast paced culture of a rapidly growing technology company.\n\nThe person were looking for will be technically savvy and a self-starter, someone who has an enthusiastic, positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, has strong attention to detail and above all, a dedicated work ethic. This individual must have a passion for customer satisfaction, be highly organized, have great energy and a drive to help build a successful product. Candidates must be able to work independently,Β designing and testing applications. This position will work closely with both the development and quality assurance teams.\n\nOur hiring process incorporates video interviews. Candidates that are selected for further review will be required to submit video interview responses.\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 2+ years of experience with web (ideally SaaS) development\n\n* Skilled in Javascript, jQuery, Web Services, CSS/HTML, SQL, C#, and GUI design\n\n* Experience testing applications, ideally with the use of Selenium\n\n* Bachelors Degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Software and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the SaaS space\n\n* Very strong written skills and verbal skills. Most of our client interactions are text based and excellent writing skills are critical to the customer experience.\n\n* Flexible, self-motivated/self-starter with a pro-active, knowledge seeking attitude\n\n* Able to work well independently and take direction\n\n* Strong attention to detail, strong organization skills\n\n* Task oriented, able to focus and perform in a work-from-home environment\n\n* Must be able to work effectively on ones own with minimal supervision.\n\n* A passion for delivering a well designed, tested, superior product\n\n\n\n\nLocation:\n\nThe ideal candidate will be in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, but preference will also be given to candidates in other areas of Texas.
