This is the caliber of companies you will be communicating with.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Recruitment and management of a 5 person software engineering team.\n\n* Onboarding of software developers\n\n* Managing and rolling out monthly software releases\n\n* Ensuring quality of coding and meeting software release deadlines\n\n* Training on new release feature to internal team members\n\n* Liaising with CTO on future product features and streamlining the development process \n\n* Enterprise customer product support when required\n\n* Running daily meeting with the development team\n\n* Measuring performance of the team\n\n* Working with QA team to explain new features and create test plans\n\n* Documentation of all development processes\n\n\n\n\n\nValues we look for\n\n\n* Honesty, Caring, Self-Improvement, Confidence, Fun, Productivity and mental toughness.\n\n* Showing an eagerness to grow and learn more about the business. This includes asking questions, reading, modelling others, and being open and responsive to feedback/areas of improvement.\n\n* Exhibit professionalism and commitment to role, the company and creation of the product.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n\n* Must have Advanced verbal and written English skills\n\n* Possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent from a reputable University\n\n* Strong experience in Microsoft Technology including SQL Server and IIS\n\n* Full-stack software development exposure with Javascript, HTML, Hosting, C#, SQL Server\n\n* Good understanding of Amazon AWS and services offered\n\n* Understanding of Google Apps for business\n\n* Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience including at least 4 years managing a team.\n\n* Super attention to detail\n\n* A multi-tasker who isn't fazed by a varied work schedule\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
