## Key Responsibilities\n- Eliciting, defining, and documenting requirements for key priority features as determined by the client organization quickly grasping the architecture and interconnections of the client's IT environment(s) and then selecting the most appropriate technologies and approaches to meet the design requirements.\n- Defining and governing the design and implementation of requirements that will include modeling of solution components and systems - requirements like scalability, extensibility, accessibility, privacy, security etc.\n- Defining quality benchmarks and team strategies for meeting those benchmarks and regularly measuring those benchmarks.\n- Collaborating and mentoring developers and development team.\n- Research technology roadmap and development methodologies\n## Essential Skills\n- Expert in Python, Django, packaging and reusability\n- Experience in Web Services, Messaging systems, Caching systems, Relational and NoSQL databases.\n- Experience with Cloud development.
