We are proud of the work we do and the company we represent.\n\nABOUT THE POSITION\n\nWe are seeking a motivated, creative, and fun IT Business Analyst to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.\n\n\n* Full-time, 8am-5pm in your time zone\n\n* Work from your home office\n\n* Company-provided MacBook Pro, Internet stipend, etc\n\n* Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.\n\n* Reports to: Director, IT/Project Management\n\n* Travel is required for an annual company meeting and may be required at certain points during the year for team or project meetings.\n\n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Facilitate the creation of detailed project and development specifications and workflow diagrams involving multiple departments and stakeholders.\n\n* Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications for high-profile, client-facing web and mobile applications.\n\n* Lead requirements-gathering sessions to define business problems and proposed solutions on a project-by-project basis.\n\n* Uncover business and technology conflicts through detailed analysis of stakeholder requirements, existing application functionality, and technological capacity.\n\n* Contribute to systems design and application architecture, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.\n\n* Help stakeholders identify the current- and future-state organizational processes at the technology level.\n\n* Help departmental stakeholders envision the future application needs and capacities such that application continues to support the anticipated needs of the business.\n\n\n\n\nTO APPLY\n\nSubmit a cover letter with your resume that includes why you would make a great addition to our team, a link to your favorite movie clip on YouTube, and your salary requirements.
