The right person for this job has developed processes that help ensure high availability of applications at an enterprise scale. . We’re working to find that magical balance between managing our risks while ensuring high efficiency. If you’ve got experience integrating or maintaining systems that leverage a variety of telecommunications platforms we’d love to hear about it. Understanding the various ways in which people communicate and determining the mode most appropriate to the need is a fundamental component to helping ensure everyone is heard. \n\nWe’re aspiring to be a more data driven culture and would welcome an individual with experience working with monitoring and decision support tools.
