Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.\n\n* Reporting to a Senior Manager, Technical Support \n\n\n\n\nAs a Technical Support Specialist, youโll โฆ \n\n\n* Provide consistently high-quality customer experiences to all Webflow customers \n\n* Help customers in support queues using applications including but not limited to Zendesk and Jira\n\n* File bugs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the team to provide an excellent customer experience\n\n* Advocate for our customers and work closely with your team and manager to find areas of improvement within our product and services. \n\n\n\nAbout you \n\nYouโll thrive as a Technical Support Specialist if you:\n\n\n* Have demonstrated experience with providing high-touch customer support over email, phones and live chat in SAAS or technical customer service \n\n* Two to five years experience working in a technical support environment\n\n* Ability to self learn and keep up with an evolving product and technical features\n\n* Be able to build leadership skills by sharing functional knowledge with junior team members\n\n* Possess a deep understanding of Webflow products or have experience with other web design tools or platforms\n\n* Understand HTML, CSS, DNS, Javascript or have advanced understanding of Webflow\n\n* Exhibit analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills for technical troubleshooting \n\n* Have the ability to learn new digital tools quickly\n\n* Work autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you\n\n* Practice radical candor with your colleagues to communicate clearly.
