\nDeveloper sought to work within a small but rapidly expanding cloud computing / marketing automation company. The role is primarily working from home (in a onesie, or not), with occasional customer visits and meetings in London.\n\nDevelopers will work on projects ranging from a half-day of coding in support of consultancy work; up to weeks spent specifying, coding, testing, and delivering business functionality on a CRM. Everything you write and deploy will be put to use!\n\nThe ideal candidate would be both adaptable and personable. As a small company, working on bespoke systems, client interaction is vital to our success.\n\nThe role will begin by supporting our current development projects, working on precisely specified sub-tasks. We are looking to train the right candidate in the whole lifecycle of the project: initial client engagement, specification/estimation, coding and feedback, testing and delivery, and user-acceptance. As your knowledge and experience grows, you will take a more active role in each stage.\n\nWe are keen to encourage your growth: supporting and incentivising you through Salesforce developer certifications, reviewing code (yours and others), and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
