But instead of complaining, you set things right, even educate others \n- Are a really strong developer, with 4-6 years of experience (2-3 years of PHP experience highly preferred) \n- Have experience with database / query tuning and performance. \n- Polyglots get bonus points. Experience across different types of languages gets mega-bonus points.
