The client is a major end-user of Salesforce and this person will report to the head of all Technical Architecture for their SFDC instance. Additional members of the team include a Senior Salesforce Developer, several Admins and a VP of Platform. Some examples of projects queued for a developer of this nature include:\n\n\n* Development of a system for reconciling traditional media attribution\n\n* Working with the director of digital advertising to streamline reporting across all major channels\n\n* Implementing call-quality metric tracking (e.g. avg hold time, avg call duration, etc.)\n\n\n\n\nA creative thinker who wants to help improve our call center and marketing processes is also a huge plus. Requirements:\n\n\n* Schedule and attend project meetings & daily stand ups\n\n* Experience working with external API’s (Twilio, Google Analytics, etc.)\n\n* Good verbal and written communication skills\n\n* Maintain personal project tickets via JIRA\n\n* 6+ years experience development applications\n\n* 4+ years experience in Salesforce related development\n\n* Salesforce Platform Development I certification\n\n* Experience with configuring and integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.\n\n* Significant experience with integrations in to and out of Salesforce including custom development Apex integrations\n\n\n\n\nPreferred\n\n\n* Experience with digital advertising concepts, specifically in relation to attribution and tracking (UTM vs. Value Track, UTM components, organic vs. paid, etc.)\n\n* Project management experience\n\n* Working experience with GIT source control, GitHub, and working familiarity with development lifecycle and release management process\n\n* Working experience with various data loading options to Salesforce\n\n* Familiarity with SalesforceDX and Salesforce Packaging 2.0 initiatives.\n\n* Working experience with Lightning Component development\n\n* Salesforce Platform Development II certification\n\n\n\n\nProficiency and Certification Expectations The expectation is that the candidate, within 4 months of hiring, will achieve four out of the following certifications (if not already attained). The expectation is within 6 months of hiring, candidate will achieve all of the following certifications:\n\n\n* Salesforce Certified Administrator\n\n* Salesforce Certified App Builder\n\n* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant\n\n* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist\n\n* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist\n\n\n\n\nThe expectation is that within 1 year of hiring, candidate will achieve Salesforce Platform Development II certification (if not already attained). \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
