A career at Powerfront is your opportunity to become a leader in the future of the software industry.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Management of systems ensuring maximum system availability by maintaining a stable, standard and secure technology platform\n\n* Monitoring, administration and management of server/network infrastructure (internal and hosted)\n\n* Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications\n\n* Installing patches and security upgrades on server infrastructure\n\n* Use formal Change Request process for making changes to infrastructure.\n\n* Provide help desk support to clients and resellers by phone or email using the Help desk Ticket system\n\n* Stress Testing Sites\n\n* Client email support\n\n* Copying Client Sites & Client data\n\n* Provide dedicated support during system critical & high platform availability incidents as a key member of the 24x7 incident response team\n\n* Plan Manage and implement authorised infrastructure projects e.g. server optimisation, firewall replacement, setup U.S. hosting services etc.\n\n* Disaster recovery plan development, implementation and maintenance\n\n* Documentation of all systems configurations and processes\n\n\n\n\nValues we look for\n\n\n* Honesty, Caring, Self-Improvement, Confidence, Fun, Productivity and Toughness.\n\n* Showing an eagerness to grow and learn more about the business.
