\nWe are looking to hire a great PHP programmer for a full-time position.\n\nAll of our developers work remotely so this is an ideal position for someone who likes the flexibility of working from home with limited supervision. We are also a small company so your work can have a major impact with limited layers of management.\n\n\nYou must be an expert PHP programmer while also very good at SQL and git. Experience in Linux, Apache, Asterisk, FreeSwitch, jQuery, and mobile is definitely a benefit. Great email and phone communication skills are critical.\n\nRather than hiring lots of mediocre programmers, we've built the company by focusing on hiring the very best programmers. We currently have 6 great programmers on our team and are looking to hire a few more right now.\n\nAs part of the team, you’ll receive your own virtual development environment where you’ll use the IDE of your choice to develop within our custom PHP framework. You will be asked to work on a variety of projects, so you must be able to switch gears easily.\n\nWe are looking for an absolutely incredible programmer to add to our team. We want someone who learns quickly, isn't scared of new technology, and delivers results. You will work from home as an independent 1099 contractor. We want someone who loves to work hard and who loves programming. Most of us work a lot of hours. But honestly, working from home without the commute time and other b.s. makes it very easy to work a lot.\n\nOur culture is a fast paced, get-it-done sort of company. That means we are constantly balancing the need to build something fast vs. build something well. You must be able to do both and be ok when asked to build something quickly versus build it perfectly.\n\nHOW TO APPLY:\n\nYou can apply quickly and easily through StackOverflow Careers but if you are really serious follow the steps below to get priority for your application...\n\nIf you want to get a leg up on the competition, please do the following:\n\n1. Send a custom cover letter explaining why you'd be perfect for this job.\n2. Confirm you can work as a 1099 contractor and your salary requirement.\n3. IMPORANT: Follow the instructions below to figure out what email address will accept your submission:\n\nSend your resume to the the value of $send_resume_to.\n\n<?php\n\n$send_resume_to='[email protected]';\n\nfor ($x=1; $x<5; $x++){\n$send_resume_to = $x . $send_resume_to;\n}\n\n$send_resume_to = substr($send_resume_to,1);\n\n?> \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
