About the Role \n\nThe Director, Network & Value-based Care will be responsible for leading and executing Hopscotchโs network and value-based care strategy, leveraging deep working knowledge of Medicare-focused VBC models and general network operations and collaborating cross-functionally across Population Health, Finance, and Operations to optimize contract performance. \n\nSpecifically, this role will negotiate, execute, and manage Medicare-focused VBC contracts; set the network management strategy (e.g., whether to participate with specific payers); manage payer relationships; and bring solutions to optimize performance in VBC contracts across key contract levers, including but not limited to shared risk, carve outs, and relevant elements (e.g., attribution, quality cut points, etc.). This individual will work cross-functionally with project finance, operations, and accounting teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* AP System Management & Processing\n\n\n\n* Obtain vendor payment information and set up new vendors in payment system\n\n* Receive all overhead and project related vendor invoices, obtain approvals, coordinate resolution of invoicing inquiries, and set up invoices in payment system\n\n* Set up invoices in payment system with departmental and accounting codes and create amortization schedules, as needed\n\n\n\n* Project Expense System Management\n\n\n\n* Maintain project expense tracking system: set up projects, employees, and contractors\n\n* Record billable expenses to projects in project tracking tool\n\n* Summarize expenses by project and distribute reporting to operations team\n\n* Analyze monthly project transactions for accuracy, review for anomalies, and ensure matching of relevant expenses to system of record\n\n\n\n* Client Invoicing and AR \n\n\n\n* Create all client invoices and route for approvals\n\n* Monitor cash receipts, publish AR aging reporting, and partner with operations on collection of overdue invoices\n\n\n\n* Customer Advances and Vendor Retainers\n\n\n\n* Create and maintain detailed customer advance and vendor retainer trackers based on contractual agreements\n\n* Record monthly journal entries for changes in advance/retainer balances and short-term/long-term classification\n\n\n\n* Support the monthly GL/Balance sheet reconciliations, including Customer/Vendor/Site advances, Unbilled, AR, Bank/Credit Card account reconciliations, and Prepaids\n\n* Perform ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n\n* 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related roles\n\n* CRO, or similar industry, experience preferred\n\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite\n\n* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail\n\n* Organized and detail-oriented with strong written verbal communication skills\n\n* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment\n\n\n\n\n \n#LI-SH1 #LI-Remote\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
