Share what youโve learned with top company executives (CFO, President, CGO, CEO) to help plan and prioritize initiatives.\n\n* Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.\n\n* Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.\n\n* Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.\n\n* Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and effectively communicate learnings and insights.\n\n* Work collaboratively with finance and operations teams to provide operators with data and key takeaways.\n\n* Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.\n\n* Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuations comps.\n\n\n\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n\n* Bachelorโs Degree in Analytics or relevant field, professional experience may be substituted.\n\n* MBA, CFA, CPA, or other types of advanced degrees are preferred.\n\n* 2+ yearsโ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.\n\n* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to maintain and update complex KPI trackers and quickly build detailed financial models from scratch.\n\n* Excellence with Microsoft PowerPoint.\n\n* Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects).\n\n* Strong analytical and data gathering skills.\n\n* Experience working with and presenting to top level executives.\n\n* Curiosity, attention to detail, communicator.\n\n* Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner.\n\n* Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families and interdisciplinary team members.\n\n* Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects.\n\n\n\n\nBenefits of Working at WelbeHealth Apply your clinical expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand.
