The companyโ€™s Firmex VDR service is the worldโ€™s most trusted virtual data room, having been used by over 140,000 companies worldwide to share confidential documents for due diligence, litigation and compliance. \n\n\nThe Data Operations Analyst plays a key role in the Information Management & Analytics Team, supporting one of its mandates to provide insight and intelligence to the Sales, Success, and Marketing departments. Along with contributions to established sales & marketing directives and KPIs, the Data Operations Analyst will also take an active role in enabling the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.\n\n\nThe Data Operations Analyst will contribute in the following key areas:\n\n\nAnalytics and Intelligence \nData Quality\nData Governance\nSales Analytics & Enterprise Reporting\n\n\nSales Process and Systems\nSales Technology & Application Administration\nMarketing Operations Support\nCustomer Success Platform Admin\nProcess and Workflow Optimization\n\n\n\n\n\nAs a Data Operations Analyst, you will contribute to:\n* Data Quality: profile, document, and create processes to fix data quality issues\n* Marketing Operations Support: cleaning/uploading of lists/campaigns into Salesforce/Pardot\n* Sales/Success/Marketing Tool Administration: administration/implementation of Firmexโ€™s Salesforce instance and other sales tools like Groove, Power Router, Gong, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. \n* Data Governance: use processes and documentation to improve ease of use, data quality, and overall efficiency of related information\n* Enterprise Report Development: design & develop reports, dashboards & alerts in Salesforce or Tableau and provide analysis and insights based on data\n* Process & Workflow Optimization\n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful as a Data Operations Analyst:\n* A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving\n* Ability to work in both self-directed and feedback-driven environments\n* A keen sense of time management and organization\n* Strong analytical and problem solving skills\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n* Some experience with CRM/Sales/Marketing Operation tools is a nice to have \n* Some experience with databases & SQL development\n\n\n\n\n\n*Note: The โ€œCore Dutiesโ€ is a summary of the duties that are essential to this role and is not an exhaustive list.
