\nWhy You'll Love This Role:\n\nThe Senior Manager of Deal Operations will help to accelerate deal cycles to close and maximize revenue by partnering with our GTM organization in proposal building, pricing, quote generation, and opportunity management in the effort to structure profitable and compliant transactions. In addition, you will add strategic value by highlighting process inefficiencies and areas in need of enablement or definition and working with multiple departments directly with the field sales team to ensure deals are being supported to the highest standard possible. \n\nYou will partner with the sales, customer success, revenue operations, andce t legal and finaneams on policy and process, balancing customer and Go1 needs. You will be a proactive partner to the Sales organization on key upcoming deals and be the voice of Sales back to the Revenue Operations team on needs and proposed updates to the policy.\n\nHereโs a Taste of What Youโll Be Doing:\n\n\n* Lead scaling the Deal Desk operation in line with the companyโs growth in customers, products, and contractual complexity. Develop strategies and processes to manage an increasing volume of transactions efficiently.\n\n* Review proposals/quotes and provide Sales with deal structure and pricing guidance to optimize profitability, meet strategic corporate goals, and accelerate deal closure.\n\n* Ensure that sales proposals adhere to established corporate strategies and legal, billing, and revenue recognition policies and present a solid understanding of product offerings.\n\n* Analyze deal structure, business terms, pricing and impacts on both top and bottom lines working closely with the product marketing / pricing teams.\n\n* Be the renewals owner for resolving complex customer issues and mitigating potential attrition during the contract term.\n\n* Provide accurate 90 day rolling forecasts for assigned renewal region through accurate maintenance of renewal opportunities.\n\n* Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Pricing and Legal team to streamline the resolution process including notifications and approvals. \n\n* Responsible for creation of replacement contracts and detailed quotes with approvals. \n\n* Provide renewals management with regular status updates and accurate visibility to forecasted attrition, and escalate as needed for support. \n\n* Maintain renewal opportunities and associated data as needed to ensure accuracy. \n\n* Approve/Reject/Escalate proposals based on thorough analysis and business judgement. \n\n* Present large and/or strategic deals to management team for review \n\n* Create process and lead deal team committee to bring together necessary stakeholders to provide commercial / strategic guidance including product and finance. \n\n* Provide consultative guidance to sales reps, as well as other supporting business segments. \n\n* Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement. \n\n* Identify potential training issues and coordinate with Sales Enablement to develop & communicate said issues to all necessary business functions.\n\n* Ad-hoc projects and analysis (e.g. field testing, in-depth pricing analysis, etc.)\n\n\n\n\nYou will have: \n\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in business/finance or related field. \n\n* 6+ years of deals desk/sales or Sales operations/Revenue Operations/Legal experience in a growth SaaS company with a global customer base. Distribution partner experience is a plus. \n\n* Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ tools. \n\n* Experience in structuring multi-element (subscriptions, services, and products) contracts. \n\n* Experience in data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis. \n\n* Expertise in Excel and Salesforce required. \n\n* Strong communication/interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and influence cross-functionally. \n\n* High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems. Dedication to excellent customer service. Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team. \n\n* Can operate in an ever-changing environment and work within tight deadlines.\n\n\n\n\nAt Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $130,000 and $150,000, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to performing the engineering and implementation functions, this position will offer consulting during the detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases. \n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* Solve business issues through Salesforce development and best practices(e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud). \n* Design, develop, and successfully deploy CPQ for a team of over 100 revenue-generating individuals. \n* Execute on the Salesforce roadmap across admin, developer, and engineering work. \n* Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt. \n* Propose best technologies for data processing and data framework. \n* Play an active role in positively influencing the design direction. \n* Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management. \n* Participate in story planning, standups and retrospectives. \n* Mentor other members of the Salesforce team; Drive enforcement of standards, tools and methodologies. \n* Execute with a team of architects, engineers, admins, and analysts. \n* Produce world-class documentation and tutorials that enable other teams. \n* Ensure that solutions accurately meet the defined project expectations, and enable the team to execute the designed vision. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full software development lifecycle, including integrating all application requirements into the solution design (e.g., functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs). \n* Guide technical teams to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements. \n* Oversee phases of multiple projects, including development, documentation, testing, and deployment, to ensure alignment with application architecture. \n* Promote the adoption of Salesforce best practices and establish standard processes for development and testing teams. \n* Understand requirements and provide one or more solutions using Salesforce best practices. \n* Have experience designing Salesforce integrations with different systems using web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (e.g., Workato). \n* Possess expertise in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, and CPQ. \n* Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage. \n* Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery. \n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and either Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I. \n* 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project & application implementations. \n* 2+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force platform as a Developer or Engineer \n* Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices. \n* Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. \n* Proven experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. \n* Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. \n* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies. \n* Strong Interpersonal Skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. \n* Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Copado, etc. \n* Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes. \n* Experience working with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, VS Code preferred. \n* Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred. \n* Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead. \n* Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change. \n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $145K-$170K.
