This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company and drive exponential growth. \n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n\nSales Process Optimization:\n* Oversee and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\n* Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement best practices\n* Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions\n* Manage sales productivity and provide proactive recommendations \n\n\n\nRevenue Forecasting and Analysis:\n* Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support strategic decision-making\n* Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities\n* Provide insights and recommendations for revenue optimization\n\n\n\nTechnology Stack Management:\n* Evaluate, select, and implement sales and marketing technology solutions\n* Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant tools\n* Provide training and support to sales and CS teams on tool usage\n\n\n\nSales Compensation and Incentives:\n* Design and manage sales compensation plans to motivate and reward high-performance\n* Regularly review and adjust compensation structures to align with company goals\n\n\n\nYou have:\n* 5+ years of proven experience in revenue/sales operations\n* Technical/tool proficiency: Youโve used and configured major CRMs, engagement platforms, and reporting tools.
