We layer in coordination practices such as Big Room Planning to stay aligned to Clari’s KPIs quarterly across sites and teams. If you love working in an Agile environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement, then we can’t wait to meet you.\n\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join a team of 2-3 engineers that will own and drive the technical direction of Clari’s VOIP Dialer, a core functionality that helps our front-line sellers engage with customers. The dialer will be used by thousands of Sales users (Clari’s customers) on a daily basis as a core part of their job - a great improvement over the legacy phone systems they are using today. \n\n\nThis is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Rapidly acquire a deep understanding of Clari’s VOIP Dialer architecture and related technologies.\n* Drive and contribute to the architectural design and implementation of robust telephony solutions.\n* Interface with cross-functional teams to build and refine features for an expanding user base.\n* Deliver high-quality contributions to large, impactful projects.\n* Debug complex production issues, elevate system observability, and enhance reliability.\n* Mentor peers and less experienced engineers, fostering professional growth.\n* Build tooling to debug dialer configuration and connectivity issues.\n* Identify client-side configuration issues that could be documented and socialized to help customers self-serve their connectivity issues.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 8+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Ruby or Java and Javascript. \n* Ability to rapidly learn and gain expertise in telephony systems and APIs, with a strong interest in technologies like Twilio, Zoom, and RingCentral.\n* Keen to develop a deep understanding of telephony concepts (SIP Trunking, VoIP, WebRTC, PSTN, IVR).\n* Eager to master configuring and troubleshooting telecommunication technologies.\n* Firm grasp of distributed systems, data storage, data modeling, and the trade-offs involved.\n* Adept at working with engineering teams to build consensus on technical architecture and design.\n* Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.\n* Committed to creating observable systems for performance tracking and to addressing issues related to performance, scalability, and maintainability.\n\n\n\nPerks and Benefits @ Clari \n* Team-bonding activities and company-wide events\n* Flexible working hours and remote opportunities\n* Annual Well-being and Professional Development Stipends\n* Private Healthcare and Multisport Pass\n* Paid maternity and paternity leave\n* Stock options\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-Remote \n#BI-Remote\n\n\nYou’ll often hear our CEO talk about being remarkable.
