Feries is part of the HomeToGo Group.\n\nYour future contribution:\n\nAs Agriturismo.it Technical Product Manager, you will play a vital role in preserving the seamless operation of our legacy website by focusing on the maintenance of its front-end and backend architecture. You will be responsible for assigned business areas, taking proactive steps to improve processes and resolve challenges in a timely manner.\n\nYou will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, from engineering, product or other specialized units, from both Feries and HomeToGo Group. Itโs an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the website's performance.\n\nHow youโll add value:\n\n\n* Ensure the continuous operation of the legacy website, focusing on bug fixes, troubleshooting, minor updates, and performance optimizations.\n\n* Implement and oversee a triage process for system incidents, ensuring efficient escalation paths are followed for well-triaged issues and maintaining documentation.\n\n* Work closely with engineers to prioritize and address maintenance tasks.\n\n* Support problems discovery process by collecting, analyzing data, formulating hypotheses and contributing with ideas and concepts. \n\n* Coordinate with the support team to uphold security standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.\n\n\n\n\nYouโll be successful in this role if you:\n\n\n* Have proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, ideally with exposure to legacy systems.\n\n* Possess strong technical background with understanding of PHP and Java (SQL knowledge as a plus).\n\n* Are proactive, hands-on, have the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.\n\n* Are curious and take challenges as an opportunity to grow.\n\n* Have strong writing and speaking skills in Italian and English.\n\n* Have knowledge of incident management processes and experience in handling system escalations as a plus.\n\n\n\n\nNote: We operate a rolling recruitment approach - no deadlines, just opportunities. 7+ years of work experience as a software engineer or relevant experience

Preferred qualifications:
Proven track record of shipping software and successfully released apps (please include names and links on your resume)
ย 5+ yrs of commercial experience using React or Vue or any JS framework on the front-end and a major framework like Rails/django/go/elixir/java/flask/laravel on the backend.ย
Strong technical design and development skills
Experience with Continuous Integration
Proven work experience inside of a distributed team, in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail on every line of code, every unit test, and every commit message
Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules
