We are looking for an experienced structurer with at least 4 years experience of structured transaction development and execution, ideally having leveraged this experience in a crypto native firm.\n\n\nWhat youโll be doing (ie. job duties): \n\n\nStructuring & execution of CRS client transactions\n\nManagement of external law firms and 3rd party service providers\n\nDrafting of accounting and audit policies\n\nTransaction pipeline management and prioritization of clients\n\nClose liaison with tax, legal, operations, accounting, treasury, risk & compliance to ensure all aspects of transaction execution are covered\n\nExtensive interaction with/provide support to internal sales teams to market CRSโ products.\n\nDeveloping economic and pricing models associated with client trades\n\nOverseeing the drafting of legal documentation\n\n\n\n\nWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements): \n\n\n5y+ experience of structured transaction execution in a front office role at a top tier investment bank, buy-side institution or consulting firm - any asset class\n\nStrong quantitative skills\n\nProven track record of structured transaction execution in a front office capacity (any asset class)\n\nStrong Excel, Powerpoint and data management skills\n\nExpert knowledge in at least two of: international tax, securitisation, CLN/repackaging, loan syndication/structuring, fundamental credit analysis, OTC derivative structuring\n\nEstablished relationships across structured finance service providers and investors (appropriate to professional background)\n\nDeep interest in digital assets and the crypto ecosystem\n\nExperience working with diverse cross-functional internal stakeholders\n\nProven track record of client management and retention\n\n\n\n\nNice to haves:\n\n\nStrong quantitative skills with experience in data mining (Python, SQL), research and analysis\n\nEstablished relationships with crypto-native institutions and/or protocols\n\nExperience working in a structuring role at a crypto firm\n\nLegal or accounting qualifications\n\nSingapore Resident\n\nAdditional languages\n\n\n\nCommitment to Equal Opportunity\n\nCoinbase is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
