As a Backend Engineer, you will propose, prototype, and eventually publish tools and features to solve problems, such as:* How can we rapidly roll out billing and subscriptions for new products and services?\n* How can we build a robust billing backend that will enhance the payment process?\n* What can we do to streamline internal and external business operations?\n\nYou will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design user journeys and API specifications, using tools like Slack, Zoom, Miro, and Notion. About\nWe’re building Omni: a platform allowing developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. In addition to this our most recent testnet onboarded over 300,000 users in less than two months. We are growing rapidly and we need ambitious and experienced team members to join us to help scale Ethereum's future.\nAbout the role:\nEngineers who join the team in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing foundational components of the Omni stack. This involves working heavily with Golang, Tendermint, Eigenlayer, interoperability components, and off-chain services while also having responsibilities to collaborate with the wider engineering team to improve our overall architecture and code quality.Responsibilities\n\n* Develop our core software stack – consensus and execution layers, Eigenlayer integration, and messaging protocol – from the design stage all the way to production ready implementations.
