The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, with stakeholders at all levels and can translate technical information into laymanโs terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. \n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules etc. \n* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. \n* Sandbox environment management. \n* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on user experience. \n* Identify unused or underutilized platform features. \n* Collaborate on R365โs Salesforce platform roadmap by working with the Salesforce team and stakeholders to define priorities. \n* Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. \n* Data management to improve R365โs Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. \n* Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. \n* User support tickets through Salesforce Cases and Slack/Jira. \n* Monitor and improve user adoption. \n* New user and ongoing user training. \n* Technical documentation. \n* Working with integrated applications including Intacct, Clari, Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Spiff, Marketo, Bizible, Gainsight, Pendo, Freshdesk etc. \n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Business Analyst. \n* 2+ years of Administrator experience on Salesforce & Force platforms. \n* Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. \n* Designing scalable, best practice solutions. \n* Excellent relationship-building skills. \n* Translating requirements into technical solutions. \n* Experience in change management and governance. \n* Training end users and key stakeholders. \n* Proven ability in producing technical documentation. \n* Available and responsive to questions. \n* Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. \n* Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, monday.com, etc. \n* Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred. \n* Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes preferred. \n* Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred. \n* Experience with CPQ preferred. \n* Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred. \n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $100K-$110K per year. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the design/architecture, development, & governance of our Salesforce instance and related key enterprise applications.\n\nWhat Youโll Do:\n\n\n* Partner closely with cross-functional teams on various company initiatives that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and scalability.\n\n* Create strong relationships with our stakeholders, aligning on priorities, gathering requirements, and providing consistent communication.\n\n* Build a structured operating cadence for your team that ensures quality, timeliness in delivery, responsiveness, efficiency, and adherence to business needs.\n\n* Manage team capacity closely, finding the balance between project initiatives and general ticket support.\n\n* Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for addressing cross-functional process improvement, tech debt management, data governance, and security.\n\n* You are the primary owner and technical architect for our Salesforce ecosystem, designing solutions that adhere to best practices and are scalable.\n\n* As Tier 1 technical support for internal customers, ensure timely response and urgency when tickets arise.\n\n* Strong focus and direct management of security measures within our Salesforce ecosystem and any 3rd party integrated applications, collaborating closely with our Information Technology team.\n\n* Responsible for the governance of all direct integrations with Salesforce, including a full understanding of what data flows between systems and how that data is leveraged.\n\n* Stays up to speed on all Salesforce releases, leveraging new features where appropriate.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat Weโre Looking For:\n\n\n* 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing the architecture of Salesforce & other key enterprise applications. Experience in a SaaS B2B environment is preferred.\n\n* 3+ years of previous managerial experience.\n\n* Ability to design and architect, as well as jump in to build and deploy solutions independently.\n\n* Agile: comfortable with a fast-paced environment, can quickly adapt to changing priorities\n\n* Proven track record of leading projects from requirements to go-live; advanced program & project management skills; detail-oriented.\n\n* Strategic & Goal-Oriented: A change agent; someone that thinks strategically and brings fresh ideas to the table.\n\n* Team Leader: motivates, mentors, and holds team accountable to meet goals.\n\n* Technical Orientation: builds secure scalable solutions; reduces tech debt.\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communications skills; is curious and asks questions.\n\n* Team Player: collaborates well across many departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Product.\n\n* โGet it Doneโ Attitude: someone with a positive and problem-solver mindset; is motivated by reaching goals.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Technical Competencies:\n\n\n* Expertise & significant experience in the following Salesforce modules: Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. A plus if that also includes Marketing Cloud or Digital.\n\n* Must have Certificate: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist; Salesforce Application Architect OR Salesforce System Architect certification a plus.\n\n* Experience working in both development roles as well as technical leadership roles (i.e. lead teams of Developers, Business Analysts, Testers)\n\n* Strong experience with the declarative development tools of Salesforce, such as Validation Rules, Process Builders and Flows.\n\n* Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, data loaders, SOQL, SOSL, and web services.\n\n* Strong understanding of Salesforceโs security model; experience with Event Monitoring is preferred.\n\n* Has built or experience with integrations between Salesforce & external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.\n\n* Uses best practices to migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s), using CI technologies like Salesforce DX and ANT.\n\n* Adheres to defined coding standards and develops well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.\n\n* Experience with front-end and back-end development including: Aura Framework, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Visualforce, Apex, REST and SOAP-based web services.\n\n* Exceptional knowledge of object-oriented concepts and has development experience with design patterns including MVC.\n\n* Understanding of relational databases including work with SOQL, MySQL, SQL.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
