This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in instructional design, allowing you to refine your skills and collaborate with experienced professionals.\n \n\nWhat you’ll be doing: \n\n\n* Partner with the Senior Instructional Designer and the Senior Manager of Ops Enablement to design and develop engaging training materials such as e-learning modules, videos and interactive presentations using industry-standard tools and adult learning principles.\n\n* Work closely with Operations leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training materials meet operational requirements and confirm content accuracy. \n\n* Review and revise existing training content to boost engagement and impact.\n\nCollect and analyze data related to learner engagement, performance, and feedback to make data-driven improvements to the training materials developed during internship period.\n\n* Support the Senior Instructional Designer in developing bi-weekly newsletters for the teams within Operations.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat we expect from you:\n\n\n* Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field.\n\n* Strong passion for learning and a keen interest in instructional design and adult learning principles.\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.\n\n* Basic understanding of project management concepts and ability to meet deadlines.\n\n* Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies.\n\n* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design engaging and effective learning experiences.\n\n* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\n* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.\n\n* Creativity and an eye for visual design.\n\n* Proficiency in using instructional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, Canva) is a plus.\n\n\n\n \nThe target pay for this position is $26/hr, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
