Remote Sales Operations Manager

About the Role\n\nYouโ€™ll work cross functionally across Merchant Sales, Issuer Sales, and Marketing. The role will be a mix of working strategically with leadership and tactically with individual reps, as well as closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders to close new opportunities.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Manage sales processes end-to-end\n\n\n* Be the expert of Kard's sales teams (thereโ€™s two)  processes. Serve as the business architect and project manager for all Sales and GTM process design requests; you will lead projects from start to finish ensuring successful completion\n\n* Adapt our sales process, SFDC design, and tool configuration to a complex, multi-channel sales environment\n\n* Define, improve, and automate core operational processes. Examples include: assigning territories, lead routing, targeting high-value prospects, streamlining SFDC, pipeline management, contract management,  territory design, and accelerating demand gen funnel in conjunction with marketing operations\n\n\n\n\n\n* Drive sales strategy & analytics\n\n\n* Support  revenue strategy. Understand our TAM, uncover new revenue opportunities via opportunities within our GTM strategy,  product / customer, develop & execute playbooks to accelerate revenue generation, optimize processes and more\n\n* Identify, report on, and communicate insights based on relevant GTM metrics\n\n* Understand key behavioral and output metrics that drive a go-to-market funnel \n\n* Map Kard's customer journey by product line. \nThis position is fully remote and we are open to candidates from all locations globally. \nThe Director of Product Management is responsible for creating, defining, overseeing development and commercializing a differentiated suite of B2B products and solutions built on blockchain for enterprises. They will build a portfolio of products and lead their life cycle from discovery through design and development to deployment and commercialization. \nResponsibilities:\n * Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the Casper Labs overall strategy and market trends.\n * Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.\n * Work closely with engineers and provide technical guidance during the prototyping phase to ensure the feasibility and scalability of product ideas.\n * Explore and develop new blockchain products and use cases that create unique value to clients and utilize advantages of Casper blockchain technology.\n * Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
