\nThis position is fully remote and we are open to candidates from all locations globally. \nThe Director of Product Management is responsible for creating, defining, overseeing development and commercializing a differentiated suite of B2B products and solutions built on blockchain for enterprises. They will build a portfolio of products and lead their life cycle from discovery through design and development to deployment and commercialization. \nResponsibilities:\n * Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the Casper Labs overall strategy and market trends.\n * Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.\n * Work closely with engineers and provide technical guidance during the prototyping phase to ensure the feasibility and scalability of product ideas.\n * Explore and develop new blockchain products and use cases that create unique value to clients and utilize advantages of Casper blockchain technology.\n * Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
