You will contribute to our fledgling Experimentation offering, which will allow our customers to experiment with their Audiences, Journeys, Broadcasts, and other portions of their CDP to understand what choices help them best reach their business goals.\nResponsibilities\n\nIn this role, youโll:\n\n\n* Work with our UX Designers and Product Managers to design and build the customer experience for our Experimentation systems in Twilio Engage\n\n* Build highly scalable and robust APIs to create experiments, and interact with experiments.\n\n* Collaborate with teams across the engineering organization to understand and implement a growing set of requirements.\n\n* Participate in an on-call rotation to support our business-critical infrastructure\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\nNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\n\nRequired:\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience writing production level web applications and/or customer facing web SDKs \n\n* 5+ years of experience frontend software engineering\n\n* Strong experience in Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS\n\n* Experience in Web Components, React/JSX, Vue, Angular, or equivalent UI frameworks\n\n* Experience in browser APIs and optimizing frontend performance\n\n* Experience in automated build, test, and deployment pipelines\n\n* Solid verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders in English\n\n* A healthy ability to manage and resolve conflict - you have the ability to listen, present, and question effectively\n\n* Bachelorโs and/or Masterโs degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience\n\n\n\nLocation \n\nThis role will be remote and based in the U.S. but is not eligible to be hired in CA or NY. \nWhat We Offer\n\nThere are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
