Weโre looking for someone with strong product chops, who's learned lessons the hard way in the trenches. Someone with proven experience taking a glimmer of an idea from ideation through impactful delivery. Who has experience making hard trade-offs, stripping opportunities down to their barest form, and working with stakeholders at all levels to garner support for their team's work. When evaluating level we look at scope, complexity, communication, decision-making, and product intuition. \n\n\nQ: What does Product Management look like at Klue?\nA: You own your area of responsibility. Your destiny is in your own hands, within the context of our vision and corporate goals, of course. PMs are responsible for identifying, de-risking, and prioritizing outcomes for the engineering team to tackle, as well as ensuring they are successfully met. You'll have access to customers, prospects, and random people on the street... and will be expected to deeply understand them.\n\n\nQ: Are you HYBRID-friendly ๐คฉ?\nA: YES! Whatโs hybrid? Not 100% remote, not 100% office. Both. Work a portion of the week from home, the other from the office. If you live within a reasonable commute of a Klue hub, we expect you to be in-office at least 2 full days a week (reasonable commute = ~ 1 hour of a Klue hub). Under 2 hours = 1 day per month in the office. We have hubs in Vancouver, BC, Toronto, ON, London, UK, and Amsterdam, NL and we currently have team members across Canada and other countries.\n\n\nLastly, we take potential into consideration. Barley is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager
\nAbout Barley \n\n\nCompensation accounts for up to 70% of an organizationโs total operating costs, yet the processes and tools used to determine who gets paid what, why, and how is still painfully convoluted and manual. How is this possible? Believe it or not, most companies are still using a dizzying amount of spreadsheets that ultimately leaves leadership guessing and the employees puzzled or worse yet, unfairly compensated. \n\n\nBarley is a venture-backed startup focused on building solutions for a vast array of compensation challenges (from managing salary bands to conducting pay equity analysis). With Barleyโs Compensation Management platform, our goal is to empower organizations to make better pay decisions.\n\n\nHybrid Across Two Hiring Hubs: Barley is a remote-first company that supports a flexible approach to work. Our team is co-located across two hiring hubs (Toronto and Vancouver and up to 200kms away from either). While we all predominately work remotely (i.e. work from home), we offer dedicated offices in both Toronto and Vancouver so that our team can collaborate and come together in-person, as desired.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n* As the founding member of the Customer Success team, you will have a broad ownership across the following areas: Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Documentation\n* Create and execute processes as well as develop strategies to onboard, engage, and retain customers as we continue to scale.
