The Oasis Protocol Foundation supports projects focused on building privacy-preserving applications on top of the Oasis Network.\n\nTitle: \n\nDeveloper Relations Engineer\n\nLocation:\n\nEurope (Remote)\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Help developers and projects to successfully build and launch dApps built on the Oasis Privacy Layer (OPL) and the Oasis Sapphire (Oasis confidential EVM)\n\n\n* Build a strong Oasis developer and builder community\n\n* Understand projectsโ requirements and technical architecture and assist them in implementing privacy/confidentiality aspects in a sound manner using OPL and Sapphire\n\n* Answer technical questions from developers and builders\n\n* Solicit and respond to feedback from the Oasis developer/builder community and share feedback/insights with Product/Engineering\n\n* Host technical workshops at conferences/events (virtual or in-person) and produce technical content (e.g. docs, tutorials and videos)\n\n* Evangelize Oasis technologies, both to the Oasis community and the wider Web3 ecosystem\n\n* Improve the overall quality and engagement of the Oasis developer/builder community on channels such as Oasis Forum, Discord, etc.\n\n* Collaborate with Marketing, Community and BD to 1) grow developer engagement; 2) onboard new developers\n\n\n\n\n \n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* Passionate about software development, Web3, privacy and building communities\n\n* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related Engineering fields\n\n* 3+ years of experience as a software developer or developer relations/advocate\n\n* Has contributed to open-source projects\n\n* (nice to have) Has contributed to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects\n\n* Strong technical experience with smart contract development, specifically in Solidity\n\n* In-depth knowledge of the developer products and tooling market in Web3\n\n* In-depth knowledge of Layer-1 blockchain networks and Web3 dApps\n\n* Superb spoken and written English\n\n* (nice to have) 3+ years of full-time experience at a Layer-1 blockchain network and/or Web3 protocols\n\n* (nice to have) Experience in writing documentation and producing technical content\n\n* (nice to have) Experience in public speaking and hosting workshops\n\n\n\n\n \n\nCandidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
