Industry experience of at least 18 months.\n\n* \nCrypto enthusiast. Experience with more sophisticated crypto products such as DeFi, bridges and communities.\n\n* \nExperience in successfully growing a user base within the crypto industry.\n\n* \nAbility to create a strategy and manage cross-team projects to completion.\n\n* \nAbility to communicate with senior executives.\n\n* \nProven leadership and team motivation skills.\n\n* \nExcellent written and verbal English.\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
