You should have worked closely with engineering and product teams before.\n\n* A first principles and growth mindset: you're comfortable being problem rather than solution led, and diving deep into source regulation, analysing it, and applying it.\n\n* Comfort with solo execution - weโre a small team so you'll need to be happy rolling up your sleeves.\n\n\n\n\nWeโre hybrid-remote, and most of your colleagues will not share an office with you on a day-to-day basis.
