Remote Enterprise Systems Analyst
\nOverview\n\nWeโre excited to be looking for a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our VP of Technology, you'll play a critical role in troubleshooting issues in NetSuite, Boomi, Shopify, and our PLM system. You're the perfect person for this role if you have a high energy โcan doโ attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, are an expert in Netsuite, and have experience with Boomi and Shopify. We currently have a hybrid schedule of 2 days in and three days remote, which is subject to change based on business needs.\n\nWhat youโll do\n\n\n* Support all integrations across different systems managed by the Technology team\n\n* Monitor the daily syncs and make sure that any interruption will be remediated in a timely manner\n\n* Work closely with vendors and internal resources to debug and resolve technical issues\n\n* Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and resolve integration issues & requirements\n\n* Collaborate with our business partners to improve processes through automated integrations\n\n* Develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud\n\n* Manage JIRA tickets and give Brooklinen users updates\n\n* Understand integration requirements to configure data and mappings as per clientsโ requirements\n\n* Help with Netsuite SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, and web services or any other development to support new enhancements\n\n* Support month-end and accounting daily processes\n\n* Work with third-party APIs and/or web services\n\n* Coordinate and execute testing and validation activities with clients, other integration consultants and/or other third parties as required\n\n* Support the technology roadmap in implementing new systems and enhancements with the cross-functional team\n\n\n\n\nWe're looking for someone who brings\n\n\n* 3+ years of Dell Boomi and NetSuite experience \n\n* 3+ years of integration experience\n\n* Experience working with a retail company \n\n* NetSuite Administrator certification is preferred\n\n* 2+ years of experience in software development or technical integrations\n\n* Business and/or technical experience in the ERP, eCommerce, or WMS space\n\n* Proven ability to read and understand data formats and structures such as JSON, XML, flat files, and how they relate to business processes\n\n* Ability to identify and suggest improvements to client integration architecture and flows \n\n* Experience in working in an agile environment \n\n* Strong time management, organization, and planning skills\n\n* Intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of responsibility\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nAt Brooklinen, our goal is to offer a competitive total compensation package which we determine based on specific market data taking into account our company size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000. \n\nBeyond base salary, we contribute significantly to offset the cost of health benefits, offer a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbour match, have commuter benefits, and also provide a yearly product allowance. \n\nWe have 14 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, year-long Summer Fridays, a workday that starts at 10 am, four weeks of vacation, and a one-month paid sabbatical at your 5th anniversary.\n\nMost importantly of all, our HQ hires receive competitive equity grants.
