\nSpring Health is looking for a 2024 Summer Intern to support our Operations Instructional Design team in designing and developing ongoing training and onboarding materials for multiple teams within Operations. The Instructional Design intern will work closely with the Senior Manager of Operations Enablement, the Senior Instructional Designer and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning resources that support onboarding and ongoing training.
