I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who has gained a range of experiences through 6 years of High School, 5 years of work experiences and of 4 years of University. I am a keen learner and positive person who always has a determined attitude towards completing work to a high standard. I was awarded for the best honours project of the year on Agile software development due to my hard work and organisational skills.

I have 5 years of experience in admin procedures constantly using the Microsoft office suite packages. At university I studied computer games development and received a 2:1 Bsc Honours Degree in computer science. My main area of expertise is within customer services and ICT. I had a role developing database and spreadsheets using programming knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications 3 years experience). I have training in data protection act and the computer misuse act. My other role was in procurement for 3 years. I also assisted with training employees how to use software for an ID card reader/editor. I maintained, in my voluntary job for a local writing group, their website and typed their prose and poetry for them in Microsoft word for publication in a book about WW1.
