At the end of the day, hearing our clients say "HeyOrca is awesome and has already made our clients very happy!" causes us to do a little happy tap dance and continue to work harder!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWe are looking for a marketing maverick to head up HeyOrca’s marketing efforts and the growth of our sales funnel. You are a data-driven marketer and will own the majority of the marketing funnel for HeyOrca! You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Work in HubSpot to create, manage, and execute a variety of different marketing campaigns, from lead nurturing campaigns to top of the funnel campaigns - turning these processes into a well oiled marketing machine\n- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.\n- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).\n- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.\n- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).\n- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.\n- Collaborate with content and sales team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.\n- Evaluate and implement SEO improvements on HeyOrca’s website\n\nQualifications:\n\nExperience: 1 to 10 years experience in a similar role.\nLanguage: English\n- Email marketing and marketing automation experience within HubSpot/ Mailchimp and familiarity with Hubspot CRM or Salesforce\n- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)\n- Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple high priority tasks\n- Understand the inner workings and nature of SAAS Products\n- Google Analytics and SEO experience is required\n- A working knowledge of HTML/CSS\n\nSkills: \n \nReports, Sales Automation, HTML, CSS, HubSpot, Social Media, Strategy, Marketing, Automation, SEO, Analytics, CRM, Marketing \n\nAdditional Information: \n\nWe're a team of dreamers and hustlers based in the oldest city in North America.
