Too many functions, limiting very much on what you love doing the most: taking pictures.\n\n\n\nThe solution we are working at is an all-in-one online powerhouse that helps you with:\n\naccounting, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, product fulfilment, management, technical work. \n\n\n\nMore about our vision and where we are at here:\n\nWho we are looking for\n\n\n\nWe are looking for a CEO, a SaaS growth expert who will play a captious role in driving the continued growth and direction of Daiokan.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you get:\n\n\n\nβ€’ A full-time remote working arrangement.\n\nβ€’ We will pay for courses, books, mentoring that help develop your skillset;\n\nβ€’ Salary based on Experience.\n\nβ€’ Equity percentage (will be discussed on interviews). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n# Responsibilities\n What you'll be doing;\n\n\n\nβ€’ Develop a strategy to grow Daiokan in different aspects.\n\no Define and manage our next software features together with our software partner.\n\no Customer acquisition.\n\no Customer retention\n\no Community management. \n\nβ€’ Hire the right people to keep Daiokan growing. \n\nβ€’ Working across all parts of the business to spot and maximise growth opportunities\n\nβ€’ We want you to bring new ideas to the table. \n\nβ€’ You will report weekly to the management team through a zoom call. \n\nYou will take over this position from our current CEO. There will be a transition period for about two months giving you the time to understand your expectations fully. \n\n \n\n# Requirements\nWhat you'll bring to the table;\n\n\n\nβ€’ Self-starter with a proven ability to develop, implement, and execute with little oversight or direction Ability to mentor/manage other marketers You are creative.\n\nβ€’ You are Humble. You lead with humility and empathy, respecting and learning from the perspectives of others. \n\nβ€’ Strong verbal skills. \n\nβ€’ You are independent. \n\nβ€’ You are data-driven. \n\nβ€’ Experience driving growth in a B2B or B2C SaaS organisation\n\nβ€’ Hands-on experience optimising acquisition funnels\n\nβ€’ Paid marketing (Google Ads, Facebook).\n\nβ€’ SEO\n\nβ€’ Email marketing. \n\nβ€’ CRO optimisation\n\nβ€’ Basic understanding of coding. \n\nβ€’ You'll be focused on day-to-day execution while delegating the important tasks with the team.\n\nβ€’ Interest and experience in photography is a big plus. \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$36,000/year\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide
