We help creatives make storyboards, scripts, and animatics - then gather feedback - all in one place. It's the fastest way to create a professional storyboard. Our team all work remotely, and we get together quarterly at the London HQ of our sister company, Animade.{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}{linebreak}# Responsibilities{linebreak} We want someone to take our marketing by the scruff of the neck and help us tell the world about Boords. This is our first dedicated marketing role, so your work will have a significant impact on our growth. You'll be part of a small, passionate team, and have the autonomy to flex your marketing muscles. Boords is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Assistant to help our customers have the best possible experience. We are a self-funded saas company on a mission to make storyboarding simple. We've been running for just under 2 years and in that time have gone from an idea to a profitable, fast growing company.โ€‹{linebreak}{linebreak}Weโ€™re a small team who share an office in Old Street, London with our sister company Animade (an award winning animation studio), so youโ€™ll be working with a tight-knit group and have the opportunity to make a real impact.โ€‹ This is a remote role, however you must be an EU citizen and be able to join our morning video calls at 9am GMT. โ€‹{linebreak}{linebreak}### What's the job?{linebreak}{linebreak}We're looking for someone to be the first port of call for new and existing Boords customers. You'll be responsible for getting back to people via the live chat on our web app (we use Intercom), manning our email inbox and our Twitter account.{linebreak}{linebreak}You will also be filtering and qualifying potential new customers who sign up for our free trial, providing one-on-one help and converting those potential customers into paid Boords users.{linebreak}{linebreak}You'll be given full training on all aspects of the role.
