We're looking for a master of graphic wizardry, who can take our visual appeal to the next level. You should approach graphics from a marketing perspective, always designing with conversion optimization in mind. You'll work on day-to-day graphics for our front and back end of our website, loan offers, as well as design the graphics for marketing campaigns and ad creatives. You should also be able to design site user experience flows; redesign website structures and processes, and have the ability to transform your designs into actual responsive website versions ready to pass off to our developers.\n\n- Help guide the vision for our visual appeal and branding. \n- Devise improvements to site functionality (e.g. Rework the user experience flow of our application). \n- Design visual changes to our homepage, landing page, using the latest design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. \n- Create the day-to-day graphic requirements for our loan offers; creating an illustrative promo video or manage the creation of the video from a third party provider, creating "hero" images for our featured offers, and touching up/resizing existing graphics. \n- Basic to advanced understanding of responsive website design, with bonus points if you are able to convert your Photoshop designs into actual responsive website pages. \n- Create marketing creatives to be used on ad campaigns, Facebook ads, Google AdWords ads, postcard mailers, etc. \n- Ability to design templates for e-mail marketing \n\n#Salary\n$3,000 — $48,000\n \n\n#Equity\n0.1 - 0.5\n\n\n#Location\nSan Francisco
