Weโre experience-oriented, performance driven, and go through life with a โcan-doโ attitude โ because thatโs what it takes to positively shape our collective future.\n\nIf that resonates with you, letโs dive into the details. \nWhat you bring to the table\n\n\n* Knowledge in Computer Science or related fields.\n\n* At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in Web3.\n\n* Deep technical knowledge of blockchain technology.\n\n* Experience working on distributed platforms/blockchains.\n\n* Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, our ecosystem, community and other key stakeholders.\n\n* Proficient in at least one or more programming languages, e.g., C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, JavaScript.\n\n* Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.\n\n* A passion for customer success.\n\n* Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.\n\n\n\nNice to have\n\n\n* A passion and deep understanding of Web3.\n\n* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.\n\n* Autonomy at work mindset, you are driven to create an impact at peaq.\n\n* Youโre familiar with Substrate\n\n* Youโve worked with another Layer-1 blockchain.\n\n* You balance being technical and being a โpeople personโ.\n\n\n\nThings you will do\n\n\n* Building and maintaining relationships with developers, partners, and other key stakeholders in our community and ecosystem.\n\n* Troubleshooting community and ecosystem project issues.\n\n* Relaying information between the tech and comms teams.\n\n* Making the experience and success of projects building on peaq a daily priority.\n\n* Creating technical content such as tutorials, code samples, and API documentation.\n\n* Coordinating the Technical Ambassador community, and the technical community.\n\n* Working closely with the engineering team to gather feedback and ensure that developer needs are met in product development.\n\n* Serving as a technical expert and thought leader in the peaq community, especially with Technical Ambassadors.\n\n* Working closely with the marketing team to promote peaq and develop community through social media, blog posts, and other channels.\n\n* Identifying and engaging with strategic partners and key influencers in the web3 developer community.\n\n* Improving developer experience by creating developer focused tooling, tutorials, documentation and blog posts.\n\n* Developing and maintaining developer community engagement.\n\n* Setting up the right systems and processes to ensure successful developer community building.\n\n\n\nWhat we offer\n\n\n* Remote first.
