As a Founding AI Engineer at Dimension, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven features and capabilities. This senior position requires expertise in generative AI and experience in fine-tuning models. You will work closely with our team to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance our platform and empower thousands of teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions to support Dimension's AI-accelerated features
Fine-tune and optimize AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Dimension's core platform
In particular, develop scalable RAG solutions, using methods such as semantic search, knowledge graphs, and reranking models.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI to identify opportunities for innovation
Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for AI development within the organization
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with generative AI and their applications, such as using and fine-tuning LLMs.ย
Experience in semantic search, implementing RAG applications, or using knowledge graphs is of particular interest.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
