The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Take engineering responsibility for a core area of Revelatorโs product.
Manage a small team of developers (coach, direct, give feedback, code review, participate in hiring).ย
Manage time estimation, prioritization, velocity and quality of development in accordance with Product Roadmap.
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure .NET Core applications.
Work side by side with Product Management and other stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver robust software.
Utilize Azure services to deploy and manage cloud-based applications.
Develop, optimize, and maintain database solutions using MSSQL.
Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Leverage .NET Framework for legacy applications and ensure seamless integration with .NET Core solutions.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven team leadership experience.
5 years plus proven experience developing and deploying applications using .NET Core.
Extensive knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
Proficiency in designing and managing databases using MSSQL.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong familiarity with .NET Framework for seamless integration with legacy applications.
Experience with messaging systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and implement product featuresย consistent with our Product Roadmap
Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, internal users, andย stakeholders to shape features, requirements and products

Work with UX/UI on designsย
Work closely with developers during implementation
Organize product releases / go to market activities for your product area
Recommend new product features and make a case for inclusion in roadmap

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Five or more years in Product Management roles
Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
