REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for someone who loves crafting purpose driven, clean designs. This individual would ideally have experience in and passion for user experience. The role of this designer position will need someone with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, with empathy of our diverse user base.

Qualifications:

You enjoy working in a team and brainstorming with others. You are able to see the big picture of the product and work towards finding creative solutions to improve it. You’ve had at least two years of professional experience in UX/UI design. Creating wireframes, user flows/stories, process flows, is already part of your personal toolkit. Ideally you are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Suite programs.

A BFA or MFA degree in art or design related fields such as: Ad Graph, Interactive, and New Media design would be a nice-to-have, but no must-have. We rely on tools like GitHub and InvisionApp to keep our work transparent and accessible to others in the company, and it would be great if you had experience using those programs. Since more than half of our company is working remotely, we’d like you to have experience working with distributed teams. Though our workdays can be flexible, this position requires overlapping hours with US/EU timezones (extra bonus points if you’re located somewhere in The Americas). You must be fluent in English for this position.
