As a Senior Account Strategist, you'll be working with our Scale team to implement innovative retargeting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our fastest growing customers. The innovative strategies you work on will ultimately make their way into the core product as Shoelace automates the role of a human retargeting expert. But this won't put you out of a job! Our industry changes very rapidly, and we're always hard at work exploring bleeding-edge trends to uncover what's next. In this role, you will be participating directly in building the core of the Shoelace experience. Your efforts and learnings will help thousands of brands with their marketing. You'll also be working with the best in retargeting, and we hope you'll join us for the adventure!\n\n# Responsibilities\n * Use your ad creativity and experience to develop innovative & successful campaigns\n* Build a strong relationship with your clients: be proactive, help them reach their goals, ensure consistent brand messaging across all stages of the funnel, educate them and set the right expectations\n* Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads\n* Build, manage, and scale Facebook ad campaigns that meet or exceed designated KPIs\n* Run A/B split tests to optimize campaign performance and gain valuable insights about our clients’ campaigns through a data-driven approach\n* Analyze ad performance and demonstrate complete understanding of all available metrics in Facebook Ad Manager dashboard to optimize towards KPIs\n* Monitor and optimize campaign performance by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities\n* Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (ever-changing) Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used to deliver results\n* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new retargeting channels \n\n# Requirements\n* Highly analytical and data-driven\n* Detail-oriented and organized\n* 2-4 years Facebook Business Manager experience\n* Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n* Extremely goal oriented with a positive attitude and high energy β€’ Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions\n* Must have client relationship experience\n* eCommerce experience or marketing experience a plus \n\n#Salary\n$60,000-$85,000CAD\n\n\n#Location\n🌏 Worldwide
