\nCoconut Software is looking for an National Account Executive (a.k.a. Enterprise Account Executive) to join our Enterprise Sales team. Reporting to the VP Sales, your job will be to directly nurture and activate enterprise leads generated from your account based selling/marketing expertise. You will be supported through Business Development (BDRs), Marketing, and Executive outreach. You will orchestrate various outreach tactics, many of which (at least 50%) will be self generated. You will help iterate and evolve the current account plan framework and will diligently enrich and populate account records on quarterly cycles and present results and target key accounts within your limited targeted list. Youโll use your unparalleled knowledge of Coconutโs platform, and our target verticals (Banks and Credit Unions) to offer advanced specific product demos and presentations to key decision makers and stakeholders to highlight how the Coconut Platform can add value to their organization. \nYOU'RE FIRED UP TO\n\n\n* Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Coconut as their ideal financial services solution\n\n* Youโll be opinionated and a coveted resource to provide insight and inspiration to our prospects business goals and objectives\n\n* Navigate and document the organizational structure of Enterprise accounts to assess key decision makers and understand budgeting processes and approval structures, in order to continuously further the sales process\n\n* Uncover and document key requirements from all key stakeholders in the Customerโs organization\n\n* Conduct in-depth product demos with your prospects and provide solutions based on their requirements\n\n* Carry out contract negotiations, ensuring that all terms of our engagement with larger customers are clear\n\n* Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation\n\n* Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline\n\n* Drive process improvements to better connect with our customers\n\n* Achieve and surpass quota requirements for each fiscal year\n\n* Provide feedback to contribute to product development and sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Coconutโs ARR in the process\n\n* Travel, as needed, to meet internally with Coconut teams or prospective clients (valid passport required)\n\n\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\n\n\n* 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales experience in addition to senior Mid-Market level work experience in a 360 selling environment\n\n* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred\n\n* Experience in an outbound sales environment\n\n* Experience in selling and presenting to C-Level executives\n\n* Ability to conduct sales processes through discovery, quoting, and closing\n\n* Comfortability with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and/or other marketing automation software\n\n* Bonus points for a SaaS sales background, but lots of passion and enthusiasm for the industry will also be taken\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the development, maintenance, and release of Salesforce applications, and their integration with other products from the LeadIQ platform.ย
Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Translate functional requirements into technical design. - Build scalable, maintainable, and reliable Salesforce applications that interact with external APIs. - Write Apex code respecting best development practices. - Build custom Lightning Web Components. - Write reliable code and tests. - Develop the product beyond the boundaries of Salesforce, using technologies like Javascript and Scala
Prerequisites:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related degrees. - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, working on complex Salesforce projects. - Experience with Javascript and Scala is a big plus - Intellectual curiosity - Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision. - Strong working knowledge of development on Salesforce using APEX, LWC, Triggers and coding best practices. - Should have knowledge about the configurable solutions like workflow rules, validation rules, process builder etc. - Knowledge/Experience with Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP. - Hands-on experience with code versioning systems similar to GitLab in continuous integration scenarios. - Experience working in a team to deliver complex business projects. - Salesforce developer certifications are nice to have, the associated knowledge is more important.
Nice to have:
- Experience developing Salesforce managed packages. - Experience with OAuth 2.0. - Experience with GraphQL.
