We will also pay for SCRUM courses, so you can implement that in Likvido!\n\n\n*!BEING ABLE TO CODE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT!*\n \n\n**So what are we doing?**\n\nWe’re helping small companies succeed.\n\nWe’ve built an “Invoice CRM” - imagine a system like Hubspot / Pipedrive / Salesforce, but for your invoices. You can assign workflows, add todos, write notes and much more. We’re currently only in Denmark, but the platform is international and ready to scale internationally in 2020.\n\nOn top of the “Invoice CRM”, we’re going to launch financial products. Imagine, when you create the invoice - we will automatically pay our client the majority of the invoice - RIGHT away! BEFORE their client even paid! How cool is that?\n\nThis is possible because we have full control of the payment flow, and we have a very large data-set our data scientists are using for transaction-level credit ratings. This makes it possible to only provide loans on low-risk invoices.\n\nThe goal is to help small companies succeed. We have ~1.500 customers right now, and we’re adding 1-200 customers every month. In a few years, we should have millions of invoices through the system every month.\n\n\n# Responsibilities\n At Likvido we’re working with bi-weekly development sprints. We already have a product-owner, who is responsible for preparing a backlog of tasks. \n\nYour job is to make sure as many items from the backlog get solved! If we break that down, that means you will be responsible for:\n\n* Be responsible for the sprint-plannings, daily standup format, and other recurring developers meetings\n* Be the go-to person for the developers with any questions. Your job is to find the answer (typically coordinating with the rest of the company).\n* Help test features from a business perspective, to verify tasks are ready for a release\n* Follow-up on all the tasks in the current sprint, update our issue system and push all features forward\n* Be the constant force for getting features released. Make sure no tasks get stuck, but always moved forward until they’re done\n\nToday, the role is basically filled by our CTO (who is also writing this job ad..). I need to get out of everything day-to-day, and you’re a success in this job if I don’t have to worry about any day-to-day in the IT department. Our product owner will deliver the prioritized roadmap, you will be responsible for getting as many tasks solved every sprint as possible. \n\nPractically, I would expect the role will be something like: \n\n* 25 % testing / releasing\n* 25 % meetings (developers or stakeholders)\n* 25 % coordinating and answering questions\n* 25 % planning sprints / process / improving whole flow\n\nBut, hey, being honest - I never hired for this role before. So I guess we will see.\n \n\n# Requirements\nWe’re very open to different backgrounds for this role. If you come from a non-tech background, coding background, testing background or even a product background - doesn’t matter. \n\nHowever, the following things are very important:\n\n* Fluent in English\n* You should LOVE structure and loves to make project plans (and follow up on them)\n* You’re social and outgoing. You need to coordinate with many people in a company while being remote\n* You’re above average IT-savvy. You should be able to: 1) download development programs & run applications from your computer 2) use many different systems & programs\n* We don’t care about time-zone, but you need to be online at least 10am - 3 pm Central European Time (CET) daily\n* Being able to spend at least 6-8 weeks per year in Copenhagen, Denmark\n\n\nIt’s a huge plus if you’ve worked with SaaS (software-as-a-service) before, or has worked in accounting systems.\n\nIt’s also worth noting that we’re a startup with big ambitions. Not only do we now have 1.000+ customers - among many of the hottest startups and scaleups in Denmark - we also managed to get very serious funding, have very good unit economics and built a really cool technical platform. However, we’re just getting started.\n\nSo what are we doing?\nWe are solving the biggest reason for companies going bankrupt in Europe. You see, 19 % of all invoices are paid late, and roughly half of all bankruptcies are caused by lack of cash.\n\nLikvido is defining a new category we’re calling a “customer payment system”. Today you integrate Likvido with your accounting system, and then we automate sending out invoices, send our reminders, start debt collection and post back to the accounting system. Looking ahead, we will add financial products, give the whole organization access to our system and much more. In brief, we help companies get paid - on time - and forecast their cash flow.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n# Responsibilities\n Your job responsibilities will be:\n\n- To maintain a high product quality, through both lots of testing of new features & continuously improve everything we have live\n- Ensure great performance by metrics such as: errors in logs, fast page-load, check request amounts\n- Release management and making sure new code goes live (without problems)\n- Help our CTO specify new tasks to our development team, and verify specification makes sense on all new tasks\n- Help our development team with questions on features\n- Be responsible for our internal IT support email\n \nTo make it concrete, during an average day, you could expect to do some of the following:\n\n- Testing a new feature made by a developer, and giving structured feedback (in Github)\n- Checking website speed and amount of requests (in Azure)\n- Testing a new release is ready to be rolled into production and then pulling the “release trigger!” (in Azure Devops)\n- Reply to support tickets from our internal support department (in Intercom), and realize we have a bug, that you specify a solution for our development team (in Github)\n- Help developers with questions about tasks (in Slack)\n- Get a few hours to come up with some examples of how a new type of page could look (concept development) \n\n# Requirements\nWe’re very open to your background, but the following is important to have in mind:\n\n- Fluent in English\n- Some kind of formal education in business, economy, communication, IT or marketing is required\n- You’re very detail oriented and structured\n- You’re IT-savvy.
