At Notarize, we’re pulling the future closer. As the first company to complete a legal online notarization, online mortgage closing, online will, online auto sales, and countless other critical transactions, we’re proud of our role in bringing industries into the digital age. \n\nOur business has grown exponentially (over 600%) in the past year, as companies in a wide variety of industries look to us to help their customers get crucial legal transactions processed remotely. We’ve been dealing with a number of challenging (but interesting!) scalability issues, as more and more global enterprise companies look to Notarize to help them speed up business processes and provide better customer service in a new, fully-remote world. We’re building the team that will operate a critical platform company in tomorrow’s economy. Come join us!\n\nNotarize is scaling to an exciting degree this year, and we are in need of an experienced, relationship-focused Technical Recruiter to join our two-person Talent team. You'll be responsible for bringing in world-class talent in Engineering, Infosec, IT, Solutions, and more. We're looking for someone who can drive a people-centric, best-in-class engineering recruiting processβ€”β€”not putting bodies in chairs, but connecting talented people with the opportunity to be part of something genuinely unique in tech.\n\n**What you’ll do as a Technical Recruiter at Notarize:**\n* Collaborate with hiring managers across a variety of roles/technical domains on their recruiting efforts\n* Tackle outbound sourcing efforts and work with the Talent team to identify forward-thinking sourcing strategies, ensuring diversity of talent in our pipelines and on our teams\n* Develop a deep understanding of Notarize's products and craft compelling messaging to potential candidates\n* Coach and guide hiring managers/interviewers to make well informed, effective hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with hiring best practices and DEI efforts \n* Identify closing strategies for offers, proactively providing candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible\n* Communicate effectively, timely and honestly with candidates during all stages of the interview process, owning an engaging and effective candidate experience, end-to-end\n* Find ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes, from seeking out talent to assessing their qualifications and extending offers\n\n**What we’re looking for:**\n* 3+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS/tech/startup environment\n* Proven track record of sourcing and assessing engineering talent\n* Ability to understand and sell the technical challenges & opportunities here\n* Aptitude for finding creative sourcing strategies for unique or hard to fill roles\n* Demonstrated enthusiasm for building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline\n* Customer service mindset and stellar interpersonal skills - you're as comfortable communicating with senior leadership as you are presenting to the entire company\n* An entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude and flexibility with change\n* Genuine concern for people over process, and for long-term relationships over short-term wins \n\n#Salary and compensation\n$80,000 — $90,000/year\n\n\n#Location\nπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ US
