\nWe are looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager who can develop and execute a consistent ongoing staffing strategy for the benefit of both our clients and Care Pros.The role responsibly balances the needs and experience of both the client and Care Pro through partnership with the Sr. Client Manager. This role proactively engages and builds relationships with our Care Pros. This breaks down into 4 main components of work:\n\nOversee and execute market staffing strategy\n\n\n* Develop and manage market ongoing staffing strategy through consistent Care Pro outreach and relationship building, staffing best practices, schedule building and adherence, and creative ongoing staffing processes (e.g. bundles, timing, etc.)\n\n* Work in tight coordination with the Sr. Client Manager to understand specific Client context and care plans, suboptimal matches, and schedule nuances, in order to create the best ongoing scheduling match possible\n\n* Collaborate closely with Market Recruiter to ensure new CP hires are onboarded in a timely manner\n\n\n\n\nProvide exceptional service to Care Pros \n\n\n* Support Care Pros in the market by being their primary point of contact and providing actionable feedback and coaching to enable their success at every visit\n\n* Build relationships with Care Pros in the market to facilitate quality matches between Care Pros and clients, and foster Care Pro retention\n\n\n\n\nCoordinate closely with Sr. Client Manager to execute care delivery\n\n\n* Align with Sr. Client Manager on daily and weekly market priorities\n\n* Communicate seamlessly to ensure scheduling decisions and Care Pro performance feedback are executed in a timely manner\n\n* Share critical feedback and updates from Care Pros that impact Sr. Client Manager workflows\n\n* Support Sr. Client Manager on partner communication, COVID related tasks, or billing / collections efforts as needed \n\n\n\n\nPartner across Honor to deliver a seamless experience\n\n\n* Prioritize work with the market team to meet the dynamically changing needs of partners, clients and Care Pros, including triaging tickets and delegating work\n\n* Work with the market team to manage real-time questions, issues, or changes relating to clients\n\n* Work directly with Market Owner to ensure consistent CP performance management experience\n\n* Work cross-functionally to provide feedback and to support to other internal efforts such as CPHR, Trust and Safety, Recruiting and Training\n\n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\nTo succeed in the role, you’ll need:\n\n\n* 3+ years of experience working in a complex client or patient management position or demanding customer service role\n\n* Strong commitment to providing the highest quality of care and sensitivity to client needs along with exceptional customer service and client orientation\n\n* Flexibility and availability to occasionally respond on evenings or weekends\n\n* Prior experience in operations and/or healthcare/homecare a plus\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Non Tech and Non Tech jobs that are similar:\n\n $30,000 — $75,000/year\n

\nAbout the Role:\n\nResponsible for underwriting loans in a timely manner resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship. Facilitate the booking of new loans, ensuring that customers understand our requirements and their responsibilities; manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a “smooth” transition to the Account Executive.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\n\n* Underwrite the entire spectrum of lending products, regardless of size or complexity, in a timely and efficient manner.\n\n* Understand credit policies and minimum underwriting standards.\n\n* Work closely with the various Business Development Officers to provide a “consultative/value-added” credit perspective, both prior to proposal issuance and always thereafter.\n\n* Review and analyze new deal packages for content and completeness and conduct initial “interview” with prospect.\n\n* Order and review due diligence and documentation.\n\n* Review and analyze financial statement spreads and understand flows of cash.\n\n* Review field examinations and understand collateral and financial trends indicated therein.\n\n* Visit prospect location and meet management of the business prior to closing, for transactions over a predetermined amount.\n\n* Gain thorough understanding of the Prospect’s business and the company’s asset conversion cycle.\n\n* Review reporting requirements and processing with client.\n\n* Analyze debtor information in conjunction with Debtor Credit Manager.\n\n* Prepare the credit narrative for appropriate approval.\n\n* Conduct and document the pre-funding confirmation process and oversee the efforts of the Client Analyst assigned to the transaction.\n\n* Oversee closing documentation process and be able to effectively negotiate documents with prospect.\n\n* Mentor and train analysts, field examiners, and less experienced business development representatives.\n\n* Perform other ad-hoc functions, projects, etc. for other areas of the bank as required.\n\n* Other duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\n\n* Typically, 8+ years’ experience with bachelor’s or equivalent.\n\n* Minimum 5-7 years of secured lending experience, with demonstrated strong credit management skills.\n\n* Thorough knowledge of secured lending with skill set to underwrite large or small transactions for both factoring as well as Asset Based deals.\n\n* In addition to lending experience indicated above, an Asset-Based field examination background is preferred.\n\n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.\n\n* Customer Service\n\n* Collaboration\n\n* Business Acumen\n\n* Communication\n\n* Negotiation\n\n\n\n\nSalary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role.
