In previous roles, the top candidates will have likely contributed to the origination and lifecycle management of loans, onboarding of users and customer success.\nThe OpportunityYou’ll join an existing team of three other operations colleagues who all have experience in traditional finance, consulting and fintech financial services. As a part of the broader operations team, you will play an integral role in managing the loan book, user onboarding and customer success on both the borrower and lender side. In this role you will be required to communicate confidently in client-facing interactions as well as collaborate cross-functionally within the Maple team to coordinate processes and actively grow the Maple platform.
